I think I might have a favorite book. I just loved reading this cut book about this girl and how she grew up. I loved her life as a early settler. It has plenty of crazy day to day life that I could really relate to and at the same time made me think, my life is so much easier with all the new conviences we have. Shows how having a great husband can really affect the happiness of a persons life. Just read it. You will love it.

I read it but I couldn't handle the fact that her hubbie died as a firefighter. It was a little too close to home.
