Food-Exercise!!!

Right now I am loving getting into the whole fitness thing. I am actually probably obsessed and I love it. Now for all of you that get nervous for anyone getting into this stuff. Relax its not all that crazy! I am feeling full all the time.If anything I felt better then I have in a long time.I swear since Chris and I have been married this is the best I have felt. Things that I love and I think are making my life extra great are;


Smoothies
fruit-kale-tofu-sprouts-almond milk-some type of juice. Love them.


pretty much all the healthy foods. I am really eating only these. Whole grains (if I do eat grains) I haven't given up tortillas yet.My love! and then lean meats just probably for dinner.




I am really trying to eat just the more natural sugars. I think this is the biggest help to feeling great. Hey and loosing the inches.


These type of foods are great for me since as much as I would love to always have time to make super healthy things I find I still wake up late and need to eat and run. I also try and eat about every two or so hours to keep my motabolism going.

I am also running, and doing weights on the days the classes aren't what I want or don't fit my schedule.
You would think I would have this rock hard body but I just keep getting pregnant( I am not even thinking about that) and have to loose the weight I only wish, but even if I just got down to where I could sit down and not see an extra roll. I would be happy. I have to also say this is the fastest I have ever lost the baby weight. So anyone wanting to try a great new way of life this if great.

yay and congrats! that's how i lost all my baby weight plus an extra ten pounds--- i did. i ended up 10 lbs lighter than the day i got married! no sugar... well, no refined sugars and treats... it worked like a charm! oh and i have to give credit to lindsay brin's post natal bootcamp at www.momsintofitness.com a fantastic workout dvd that i'm in love with! cardio and toning all in 10-minute workouts. it was my lifesaver! congrats! losing weight is the best and eating super healthy is almost as good!

in the pictures I see of you, you always look amazing, fit, and beautiful. so I don't think you need to do any of it...BUT if you feel good, awesome! I know I ate like 5 cupcakes today and I feel anything BUT good :( so maybe there is something to your "no white sugar" thing.

You go Rachel! Green shakes all the way! I'm getting 2 a day and if I could just stop reaching for the chocolate chips I think I'd be doing much better. Thanks for your pep talk- I'll redouble my efforts. Laura

Sounds great if you ask me! I have felt like 1000% better since giving up alot of the same things after my kidney stone incident! It's amazing how food is so directly related to mood isn't it?
