We had so much fun on Saturday celebrating Christopher's 7th Birthday. I don't think I can say 7th birthday and not think about the fact that in a year he will have the choice to get baptized. He sees so far to be in favor of. Yahoo!! Christopher this year chose to have a Wii Rock band party. So we all dressed like rock stars. He was so excited to wear these funny glasses and I don't even think we got a picture of them. And his cool jacket. I hope everyone like my make-up and Rock'n hair. We tie dyed t-shirts, ate cake, open presents, played the rock band and had a blast. We then had a fun after noon enjoy all his new presents opening and building lots of fun Lego sets. I don't know who had a better time with them Christopher or Dad. I had to remind Chris a few times who present it really was. Also when Chris went to the store to buy him a Lego set he came back with a whole bag full. So next time I will go! There is obviously no self control on that isle. Christopher didn't seem to mind. He loves his first new pair of real sports shoes that he swears makes him run even faster.
We then headed off to dinner where Christopher wanted to go to Burger King. Thank goodness for that restaurant. My kids hate fries weird I know, but not a bad thing I guess. So we enjoyed apple fries and mac and cheese. Way over priced that is for sure. Then to the New Funigans ( like a Chuckie- Cheese). They played in there play place, did a few arcade games, and then finished off with some mini bowling.
p.s. I made that guitar cake. Christopher picked the colors so it looks like it has a spanish feel to it. What ever makes them happy right!
Happy Birthday Christopher we love you.

So many things to say...good thing I can leave as long a comment as I like! First of all, that is so great that you are liking mom's superfood diet. I really think that it's an amazing way to live, only if you are not pregnant (wink). I'll have to jump on that boat when I'm done with this pregnancy.
Next, Christopher's birthday bash is awesome! You are such a rockin' mom (pun definitely intended). Plus, all crazy makeup jokes aside, you really look so great! I've always thought you were so beautiful! You are looking amazing, and I'm glad you are getting your body back (nursing is hard!). Oh, and your cake making skills are just way above par. Can I hire you? You did awesome. Love ya!
Way to go on the cake-it looks awesome! You look awesome as well RAchel! Happy Birthday Christopher. 7-really, no way?!! One more year and our kids will getting baptized-oh my gosh! Looks like he had a fabulous birthday!

Happy Birthday Christopher. He looks so happy and so cute. You guys always do great parties.
I started to wonder about that hair do and thought to myself, "Good for her for trying that!" Then I read that the theme of the party was rock star and it all made sense!! Rock on!
