Who would of guessed

So who would of guessed with all boys that I would ever make a pink cake with pink marshmallow's. That is what Ethan wanted. He wanted a Easter party and then being the week of Valentine's he changed to that. I don't know where this kid gets it. He is the most loving kid I think I have ever met. All he wanted for his birthday was to give everyone a hug before opening his presents. I was glad that I got him to change from heart plates to birthday plates. He liked the hearts over transformers, should I be worried? Just kidding this guy loves all the other boy things so much I am not worried. I just thought it was so funny.

Matthew on the other hand wanted a brownie cake that turned out to be super yummy and might be our new favorite cake. We had the party right before dinner but I didn't actually think the kids would eat all their cake, boy was I wrong. He was so fun at His first birthday party. He loved having all his friends over and opening presents. I thought we did better on getting pictures of the party then we did, to bad so sad for us I guess.

Here are some pictures of Heathers' kids and ours at the Zoo. Man I had a blast hang out with her, even though we almost lost Matthew. What a scare. I never want that to happen again. We got bombarded by a crowd and he got swept away and confused and went the wrong direction. People were so nice. One guy ran to all the close bathrooms for me. I think I was a total mess. Thank goodness Heather found him a good distance away talking to a women who was just trying to keep him in one spot so he wouldn't get any more lost.
