Breakfast.

My kids love breakfast more then any other meal of the day. When they get up its like a mad dash to have it served to them. Being the smartest mom in the world don't mind me giving myself a compliment. I have learned that if I use that as insentive to make my mornings better. So my kids have to have their beds made, room cleaned, and be dressed to get breakfast. Mean mom, no smart. There is a down side to this. Poor Jack-Jack doesn't always look like he is clean since he is determined these days to feed himself. After breakfast is cleaned up we are always out the door to the gym, or somewhere and I don't have a mess to come home to. My kids are learning to clean up after themselves. Perfect, and there wives can thank me later.
