Getting fit

Okay I get a lot of people emailing me and wondering how I have lost my weight and how healthy I look. Even better is how I feel and the energy it gives me. This has been a total change of life for me and I m loving it. So instead of emailing them all individually I thought since I just spoke on it at church a little bit I might as well put those files online for you to enjoy. Hey do with them what you like. I didn't source all of it. Some of it has been just from trial and error. Most of it has been from Family and friends giving me tips. I love to learn more so if you ever have any tips let me know as well. Please let me know how it goes for you. Love to talk about this way to much.

I'm so sad I missed, I got mastitis and had to stay home...felt like crap! You're great and I am so jealous and proud of your fitness, keep it up!!!

Wow, I thought you were pretty healthy when you were my roomate, but now you are intense. I'm glad you are happy.

Remember in highschool when we'd do "diets" that were like: only- eat-15-grams-of-fat-a-day-diets. or no-candy-diet. we were silly.

thanks for the tips though, good timing as I will be needing to lose some baby weight next month!

rachel you are amazing- and you look so healthy & lean!!! sad thing is, i know all the stuff in your fabulous paper, i just need to bottle that rachel enthusiasm, motivation and dedication & take it twice daily!!! way to go.

I'll have to try that green smoothie. I have been working out for over a year now and even though I lost 30 pounds I can't seem to get rid of the extra 10! I know its what I eat... So it isn't like I can't change it. Ha! You do look amazing though!
