This was a day to remember. I just was so proud of Christopher for choosing to be baptized. I loved that everyone help make his day super special so thanks Moms and Dad, family, and friends for all supporting him in this. We had such a great turn out. The spirit was so strong and he was so excited. He did have a little bit of the nerves when he saw all the soup stuff being put out. As he as getting ready to go to the church I could tell something wasn't right so I asked him how you feeling about this. He said "kind of freaked." Not the answer I was looking for but trying to remain calm said why? He then went on to ask who is all coming do I have to do this in front of strangers. I was so relieved to know it was the people that were making him nervous. He was more then excited to be baptized. When he came out he said I feel so good. What a sweet experience and loving moment for him. I am so glad that we wait to be baptized so it can be our decision. That we can be accountable and reap those rewards. Christopher still repeats what was said that day that he is now on the path to happiness which I think is super adorable. He was given scriptures and has read them every night before bed and keeps them on his pillow. He is trying so hard to do his best. I know his brothers see his great example cause Ethan since he can't read has asked to have the scriptures downloaded to his mp3 player so he can listen to them at night. And keeps telling Christopher how special he is and how important it was. I love it. Those two are so good for each other. I think this was the best Christmas season ever. It was everything I could of asked for.
